TELECOM ITALIA: CEO FRANCO BERNABÈ WAS SENT BY EMAIL TO SEVERAL OF THE GROUP´S EMPLOYEES.
Rome, 26 April 2010 - Telecom Italia informs that in the last few hours a false letter signed by the company´s Ceo Franco Bernabè was sent by email to several of the Group´s employees. Telecom Italia warns any recipients of this false letter from further propagating it and/or publishing it in any form. The company, while reaffirming that it is evidently a false communication, will legally pursue the unknown authors of this illicit act, as well as anyone who continues to give it further visibility, with all the competent authorities.
