Barcellona, 4 maggio 2010 - Dal 15 al 17 luglio 2010 si terrà a Barcellona (Spagna) la conferenza internazionale sulla modellazione e simulazione nellŽingegneria, economia e gestione. Scientific research in modelling and simulation needs new techniques to address systems where classical methods are insufficient, such as situations where imprecision, vagueness and uncertainty are unavoidable. Among the specific areas to be discussed at the event are research, methods, techniques, applications and projects based on fuzzy logic, neural networks, genetic algorithms, uncertainty theory, chaos theory, new quantitative methods and soft computing. The conference will be a chance for university staff, professionals and practitioners working in the field of modelling and simulation to meet and exchange ideas and experiences. The Association for Modelling and Simulation in Enterprises (Amse), and the University of Barcelona are co-organising the event.
