DR. ADAM BOLEK JOINS MEDIOBANCA GERMANY AS MANAGING DIRECTOR
Frankfurt/milan, January 12th, 2011 – Mediobanca announced Yesterday that Dr. Adam Bolek (44) will join the management team of Mediobanca Germany as Managing Director. Dr. Bolek will work from Frankfurt alongside Frank Schönherr, Country Head of Mediobanca Germany, Austria and Switzerland. „I am delighted that Dr. Bolek, a M&a expert with a great track record will join Mediobanca and help us to further expand the M&a business of Mediobanca in Germany”, said Mr. Schönherr. Dr. Adam Bolek worked for the last 12 years for Rothschild. Having successfully completed around 70 M&a transactions, Dr. Adam Bolek was one of the most experienced Managing Directors of Rothschild in Germany. Previously, he worked for Barings in Frankfurt and London. Alongside with Dr. Adam Bolek, Steffen Geisler (Vice President) and Jens Krane (Associate) will join Mediobanca from Rothschild.
