  DUOMEDIA LAUNCHES NEW INTERACTIVE WEBSITE

 
   
  Brussels 12 March 2003 - Duomedia launches a new and interactive website. The site is developed with a partner in Barcelona and is completely database-driven. The concept and structure has been maintained: duomedia, press and e-room - the home page shows some of the content, linking the visitor immediately to the most important corners of each room. The new site wants to be more than just a tool but creates an active communication channel between customers, editors, Duomedia team and other interested parties within the graphic arts and It industry. For Duomedia the personal approach with clients and editors is a key element of the daily activities. The press room is the very heart of the site and shows all the client press releases - with the most recent ones interfaced on the home page. Editors can search for recent and archived news releases and consult the picture library, immediately downloading the desired images. A compilation of news release headers with a link will be sent out end of every week to registered editors so they can pick and choose from the varied offering of press information released by Duomedia clients. The duomedia room shows information on the services, team contact details, a client overview with website links, a newsletter and bulletin board. The log in the Duomedia room shows the company´s history from the start in October 1999 up till now. It combines milestones and highlights with a diary containing daily events noted down by someone of the Duomedia team. The Duomedia newsletter should keep everyone informed on developments within and around the company. The e-room hosts an Ftp area for temporarily downloading high resolution press pictures or presentations, links to interesting sites and partners as well as a forum which will serve as a platform to share industry ideas and exchange experiences. Login is free of charge and the forum can be used to post industry-specific questions or messages or to chat on-line about certain issues. Duomedia also introduces a very progressive electronic way of client reporting, reinforcing personal contacts and services. Clients can enter the database in the e-room on an exclusive basis to consult events lists, relevant features and an online clipping database. Access is available 24/24hours, convenient for customers around the world. In the near future customers will also be able to view status of projects and Pr-activities being implemented by the Duomedia team.
